The Auction Now Group, LLC the group offers varied and in-depth experience in commercial and residential real estate, contract development and negotiation, marketing and sales, public relations, and all aspects of the auction business. Clifford E. Meredith is a licensed real estate broker who was ranked #16 out of 1.35 million real estate agents in the country by Wall Street Journal. Active in real estate sales and development for over 30 years, Cliff also has been one of the leading developers of waterfront estates and properties in the Tidewater and Eastern Shore of Maryland. He brings a reptuation for integrity as well as a vast knowledge of the market to the concept of buying and selling real estate through the auction process.

Kim Leatherman has been a licensed Realtor® for 35 years and professional auctioneer for 17 years. After completing his auction training in 1993 at the Southeastern School of Auctioneering in Greenville, South Carolina, Kim was a founding partner of Asset Realty Auctioneers in Easton, Maryland, and also served as auctioneer for Long & Foster Real Estate in Annandale, Virginia. In addition to conducting property and estate auctions, Kim has served dozens of non-profit organizations in Maryland as a charity event auctioneer. Kim's energy and enthusiasm at the podium are complemented by the intensive preparation he invests before each auction event.

Amy Kling is a licensed Realtor® with several years experience in executive-level administrative support in the real estate sales field. For Auction Now Group, LLC she implements marketing strategies and coordinates many aspects of auction preparation, from the first meeting through the day-of-auction and follow-up tasks.

Jeanie Meredith has been a licensed Realtor® for more than 15 years and is well-versed in all aspects of real estate sales. She assists with advance marketing of auction properties with all aspects of planning and implementing property auctions.

Kate Gallagher has held positions in marketing, public relations, public speaking, teaching and fundraising in a variety of non-profit and for-profit settings. She also is an experienced auctioneer's assistant.

Jennifer L. Williams is a principal in the Law Office of Jennifer L. Williams and Legacy Settlement Services at Easton, Maryland. She focuses on a wide variety of transactional matters, including commercial and residential real estate matters. A member of the Talbot County Bar Association, Jennifer is a past president of the Mid-Shore Board of Realtors (and was the first non-realtor to be elected to an officer position on the Board) and past president of the Caroline County Bar Association. She is also a graduate of the Maryland State Bar Association's Leadership Academy, and has served on the faculty of the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education for Lawyers, where she taught courses on real estate settlement matters.

Jose V. Martin has founded several companies in the real estate, aerospace, education and language fields. To Auction Now Group, LLC, Jose brings his professional business experience and his Florida-based title company, Bounty Title (www.bountytitle.com) with its network of realtors, lenders and clients. Jose’s career includes top-management positions with Fortune 500 companies in engineering, management and marketing. He holds graduate degrees in mechanical and aerospace engineering, and has been awarded several patents. An experienced airplane pilot and boat skipper, Jose resides in central Florida and Kent Island, Maryland.
